Patients with Parkinson's disease (PD) sometimes experience symptoms affecting their movement, such as slowness, tremor, stiffness, and balance or walking problems. Many patients also have other symptoms not related to movement, called non-motor symptoms, which may affect one's mood or emotions, memory or thinking, or cause one to see or hear things that aren't real (hallucinations) or believe things that aren't true (delusions).

The primary purpose of this phase 3b study is to assess the efficacy of a modified regimen of ublituximab in participants with relapsing multiple sclerosis (RMS) as measured by T1 Gadolinium (Gd)-enhancing lesions in Part A; PK in Part B along with efficacy of ublituximab as measured by T1 Gd-enhancing lesions in participants who had a suboptimal experience on prior anti-CD20 therapy in Part C. Participants 13-18 years of age with extra fat stored in the liver will be randomly assigned to a protein supplement or placebo "fake supplement" for 2 months to see if the participants who get the protein supplement have less fat in the liver compared to participants who were in the placebo group. After the 2 month intervention, all participants can continue the study and will all receive the protein supplement for an additional 10-months.
