What TrialPath Does

TrialPath helps people discover clinical research opportunities and connect with research sites conducting those studies.

TrialPath is not:

• A healthcare provider.
• A clinical trial sponsor, contract research organization (CRO), or research site.
• A medical practice.
• A provider of medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

TrialPath facilitates introductions between potential participants and research teams. Final decisions regarding eligibility, enrollment, compensation, participation, and medical care are made solely by the applicable study team.

The information provided through TrialPath is for informational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice.

You should always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about your health, medical treatment, or participation in a clinical trial.

No Guarantee of Study Participation

Submitting information through TrialPath or being matched with a clinical study does not guarantee that you:

• Qualify for a study.
• Will be contacted by a research site.
• Will be invited to participate.
• Will be enrolled.
• Will receive compensation.
• Will receive any investigational treatment.

Each study has its own eligibility criteria and enrollment process.

Your Responsibilities

By using TrialPath, you agree that you will:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes.
• Use the platform only on your own behalf unless otherwise authorized.
• Be at least 18 years of age (or the applicable age of majority where you reside).

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Intera and its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to:

• Your use of the platform.
• Your inability to access the platform.
• Any clinical study or research organization you choose to engage with.
• Decisions made by study sponsors, investigators, or research sites.

Our total liability for any claim relating to these Terms or your use of the platform will not exceed the amount you paid Intera for the applicable service, if any.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date above and provide additional notice where required by law.

Your continued use of TrialPath after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
