✅ You may be able to join if…
- •Men or non-pregnant females age 18 to 80 (when they sign the informed consent form).
- •MASH confirmed by liver biopsy, with fibrosis stage F2 or F3.
- •BMI at screening is at least 25.0 kg/m² (or at least 23 kg/m² for Asian participants).
🚫 You may not be able to join if…
- •People with chronic liver diseases other than MASH.
- •People with cirrhosis shown on the screening liver biopsy.
- •People with type 1 diabetes or poorly controlled type 2 diabetes.
- •People with high liver enzymes: ALT or AST ≥250 U/L.
- •People taking vitamin E (>400 IU/day) or pioglitazone unless the dose has been stable for at least 6 months before screening.

What is this study testing?+
The study will assess the efficacy and safety of 2 dose regimens of pegozafermin compared to placebo for the treatment of liver fibrosis stage F2 or F3 in adult participants with MASH.
Is it safe? Who makes sure of that?+
This is a late-stage study (Phase 3), testing how well the treatment works in more people.
