Providing consent is entirely voluntary and is not a condition of receiving medical care or using our website.

Authorization to Use and Share Health Information

When you request to be matched with clinical studies, you authorize Intera to use the health information you voluntarily provide to evaluate your potential eligibility and, where you request, share that information with participating study sites, investigators, sponsors, or research organizations so they can determine whether you qualify for a study and contact you about participation.

You may withdraw this authorization at any time by contacting hello@tryintera.com. Withdrawal will not affect disclosures or actions already taken based on your prior authorization.

How We Share Information

We only share information as necessary to provide our services, including:

  • Clinical research sites, investigators, sponsors, or research organizations that you have requested or authorized us to connect you with.
  • Vendors and service providers that help us operate our platform, including cloud hosting, communications, analytics, customer support, and security providers, subject to contractual obligations to protect your information.
