Participation to the study consists of 3 periods: * Screening period of up to 4 weeks * Randomized intervention period of approximately 48 weeks * Follow-up period: Approximately 8 weeks The study duration will be up to 60 weeks.

The purpose of the SUNFLOWER study is to describe clinical outcomes, including DORIS remission, achieved following the initiation of anifrolumab 120 mg SC once weekly (QW) as add-on therapy to an anti-malarial, with or without GC; in patients not in LLDAS at enrolment. Participants 13-18 years of age with extra fat stored in the liver will be randomly assigned to a protein supplement or placebo "fake supplement" for 2 months to see if the participants who get the protein supplement have less fat in the liver compared to participants who were in the placebo group.
