This is a phase 2b, randomized, double-blind, 3-arm study for the treatment of Crohn's disease. The primary objective of this study is to assess the efficacy of different doses of SAR442970 compared with placebo in participants with moderate to severe Crohn's disease.

The purpose of this study is to determine the safety, efficacy, and pharmacokinetics (PK) of etrasimod for the treatment of moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis in adolescents (≥ 12 years up to \< 18 years of age). Participants who will complete the total 52-week treatment period will have the opportunity to continue in a Long-Term Extension (LTE) Period of up to 4 years (5 years after study enrollment).

Aerobic exercise has emerged as an effective treatment to reduce sport-related concussion symptom severity, yet existing work lacks rigor regarding the precise exercise volume and intensity required to elicit therapeutic effects, how exercise can alter concussion-related pathophysiology, and whether exercise can prevent the development of secondary sequelae. Our objective is to examine if a high dose exercise program (higher volume than currently prescribed at an individualized, safe intensity level) initiated within 14 days of concussion results in faster symptom resolution, altered physiological function, or reduced secondary sequalae.
