This study will evaluate the retention rates of two advanced therapies, Tumour Necrosis Factor (TNF) and Janus kinase inhibitor (JAK) in the treatment of adults with Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) over a two year period. It will also examine the ability to embed a clinical trial in a clinical situation using an electronic medical record (EMR).

The study team is studying how increasing dietary fiber, specifically through adding potato starch to participant's diet, may impact the species of bacteria in participant's gut microbiome. The study team also wants to understand if adding potato starch to participant's diet helps these bacteria make more short chain fatty acids, a byproduct the team thinks may benefit participant's health.

Women with HIV have an increased risk of having a myocardial infarction (heart attack) as compared to women without HIV. One of the mechanisms underlying the increased risk of myocardial infarction among women with HIV may involve reduced ability to increase blood flow through large and small coronary arteries at times when increased flow of oxygen-carrying blood is needed.

This study aims to collect information on rheumatology patients' dietary habits, autoimmune disease activity, dietary changes, disease symptom improvements, and perceptions on their dietary habits and how it affects their autoimmune disease. The main objective is to see if rheumatology patients change their dietary habits after their diagnosis of an autoimmune disease and if it subjectively improved their disease symptoms.
