This study is being done to see if nitrous oxide during vasectomy decreases pain and anxiety, and also assess whether patients have better satisfaction when they control their own level of nitrous oxide during the procedure. If we find that patients experience less pain or anxiety with nitrous oxide, it could be suggested that self-adjusted nitrous oxide (SANO) may be a useful tool for improving experience of care during vasectomy.

This mechanistic study uses an anti anxiety drug and brain imaging to study the threat processing system and associated brain circuits in people with depression, anxiety disorders and comorbid depression and anxiety disorders. This research study is comparing the effectiveness of a weight loss medication called Tirzepatide in young adults with Prader-Willi Syndrome and/or hypothalamic obesity, as compared to young adults with obesity that is unrelated to a genetic syndrome or underlying medical cause.
