The goals of this clinical trial are to 1) learn how two different rehabilitation interventions for PD can reduce Freezing of Gait (FOG) in people with Parkinson's disease, as assessed by patients, clinicians, and wearable sensors, and 2) to explore whether two different rehabilitation intervention can reduce FOG and improve daily life mobility in people with FOG sufficiently to justify a clinical trial. Participants will: * Be randomly assigned to one of two intervention groups (turning-focused agility exercise or strength-based exercise) * Have one-on-one training sessions three times per week for 6 weeks * Perform in-lab assessments before beginning and after completing the study intervention * Use wearable mobility sensors during daily life to measure their walking and balance

The AMPLIFI-1 Study is a prospective, multicenter pivotal clinical trial designed to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of the Amplifi™ Vein Dilation System in patients requiring distal arteriovenous fistula (AVF) creation for hemodialysis. The study has two cohorts: a randomized controlled (RC) cohort of patients with suitable cephalic veins (≥2.5 mm) randomized 2:1 to Amplifi treatment plus AVF creation versus standard AVF creation alone, and a non-randomized small vein cohort (NRC) of patients with borderline veins (1.7 to \<2.5 mm) treated with Amplifi therapy followed by AVF creation.

The investigators propose a Phase I single surgical-center, double-blinded randomized parallel clinical trial involving bilateral autologous peripheral nerve tissue (PNT) delivery into the NBM or the alternate target also affecting cognition in this population, the substantia nigra (SN), to address "repair cell" support of these areas. Twenty-four participants with idiopathic Parkinson's Disease (PD) who have selected, qualified and agreed to receive as standard of care deep brain stimulation (DBS) will be enrolled and randomly allocated to receive bilateral PNT deployment to either the NBM or SN at the time of DBS surgery.

The investigators aim to determine, using a point-of-care randomized controlled trial design, if hemodialysis patients, who are randomized to metoprolol succinate (a dialyzable, beta-1 selective beta blocker), have an improved cardiovascular outcome compared to those randomized to carvedilol (a non-dialyzable, non-selective beta blocker with alpha-1 antagonist properties). The investigators will also examine intervention practices to identify components that best support engagement and sustainability.
