The main purpose of this study is to show whether in these individuals, treatment with both mirikizumab and tirzepatide, compared with treatment with mirikizumab and placebo, leads to decrease or disappearance of UC symptoms, and loss of at least one-tenth of the overall body weight. Participation in this study will last up to 61 weeks, including 52 weeks of treatment.

The goal of this observational study is to evaluate clinical differences in patients who received preventive treatment with medication targeting calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) or its receptor: monoclonal antibodies (erenumab, galcanezumab, fremanezumab, eptinezumab) or gepants (rimegepant, atogepant) during a 2-year period observation phase.

This study is open to adults who are at least 18 years old living with obesity and have: * a confirmed liver disease called non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH)/metabolic associated steatohepatitis (MASH) and * moderate or advanced liver fibrosis People with a history of acute or chronic liver diseases other than MASH or chronic alcohol intake cannot take part in this study. This study is open to adults who are at least 18 years old and have: * A confirmed liver disease called non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) or * A confirmed liver disease called metabolic-associated steatohepatitis (MASH) * BMI of 27 kg/m2 or more or * 25 kg/m2 or more if the participant is Asian. People with a history of other chronic liver diseases or high alcohol intake cannot take part in this study.

The purpose of this study is to use diet and an injectable medication called tirzepatide (Zepbound) glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide and glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor agonist (GIP-GLP-1 RA) medication as adjunctive therapy (another treatment used together with the primary treatment) for Crohn's disease patients with mild disease who are on stable doses of biologic medication (infliximab or adalimumab) and who have a body mass index (BMI) of at least 27.

In this study, semaglutide will be compared to placebo (a look-alike inactive substance, a "sugar pill") to determine if its use will prevent weight gain after liver transplantation (LT). In addition, researchers will be testing to determine if semaglutide prevents the development of Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NAFLD) after transplant through Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) and laboratory results.
