This is a Phase IV, open-label, randomized trial to determine whether the combination of Belimumab (BEL) and Voclosporin (VCS), plus background therapy with Mycophenolate Mofetil (MMF), improves the proportion of patients with proliferative lupus nephritis achieving complete renal response (CRR) compared to proportion of patients achieving CRR from recent clinical trials. This protocol will additionally determine whether combination therapy using Belimumab (BEL) and Voclosporin (VCS) facilitates rapid discontinuation of MMF.

The goal of this study is to determine if there is a positive effect of prophylactic red blood cell (RBC) transfusion of leukoreduced, ABO, Rh (D/Cc/Ee) and Kell matched blood compared to standard of care on the number of episodes of acute sickle cell disease (SCD) manifestations or pregnancy-related complications requiring acute health care encounters (acute care/ER/Hospital visits) or resulting in death over the entirety of pregnancy until 2 months post-partum in women with SCD. RBC transfusion is the only disease-modifying therapy for pregnant women with SCD, and it is considered a standard treatment option however, there exists no consensus on the role of transfusion therapy in preventing SCD-related pregnancy complications.

The exploratory ELIOS study aims to assess the value of novel investigational Eye Movement Biomarkers (EMBs) in tracking disease-related changes among a real-world cohort of Canadian patients with active RRMS, within the context of disease-modifying treatment (i.e., ofatumumab). Prospective Registry Investigating Maternal, Infant, and Lactation Outcomes in Anifrolumab Users (PRIMULA Lac) is a Post Marketing Requirements (PMR) study designed to fulfill the FDA post-marketing requirements. This study is a prospective, multi-center, randomized, double blinded, placebo-controlled study of OCR treatment-discontinuation in patients with early RMS. All eligible participants will be initiated on OCR using the standard approved administration schedule of two 300 mg infusions separated by 14 days (i.e., Days 0 and 14) for a total of 600 mg, followed by 600 mg infusions at Month 6,12, 18, and 24.

Sixty patients will be enrolled in this study who are treated for Parkinson's disease (PD) with bilateral deep brain stimulation of subthalamic nucleus (STN) or globus pallidus (GP), who have a pre- operative 7 Tesla MRI including diffusion tensor imaging for tractography and a postoperative head CT for electrode localization, and in whom at least 3 months have passed since activation of their neurostimulators, for stabilization of clinical stimulator settings. Using their MRI and CT, the investigators will construct patient-specific models of electrical current spread to neuroanatomical tar- gets surrounding the electrode.

This mechanistic study is aimed at better understanding the role of basal ganglia beta band (11-35 Hz) oscillations and resonance in the manifestation of Parkinson's disease (PD) motor signs using closed-loop electrical neurostimulation, levodopa medication, and computational modeling.

The specific aims of the study are: Aim 1: To compare the cortical and subcortical grey matter synaptic density in PMS patients, patients with relapsing-remitting MS (RRMS), and healthy subjects, using a novel \[F-18\] labeled synaptic density PET ligand, \[F-18\]SDM8, also known as \[F-18\]SynvesT-1.
