The purpose of this trial is to test whether treatment with tralokinumab (administered subcutaneous injections \[SC\]) in combination with topical corticosteroids (TCS) is safe and effective to treat moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis (AD) in children and infants. This will be judged by a range of assessments that rate the severity and extent of atopic dermatitis and its symptoms, as well as general health status and quality of life.

This research study is being conducted to find out if the test medicine, abrocitinib, improves eczema and is safe for children 6 to \<12 years of age who have moderate-to-severe eczema. Research study participants who meet the study criteria will be assigned by chance (like the flip of a coin) to receive either abrocitinib test medicine or placebo (pretend medicine that looks just like the test medicine) for 16 weeks.

This 24-month study will assess the long-term safety and efficacy of liquid abrocitinib oral suspension with or without topical medications in children 2 years of age or older with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis. The study will enroll two groups: participants who have completed other abrocitinib studies and participants who have never participated in abrocitinib studies.
