The goal of this clinical trial is to evaluate if the study drug will reduce brain and retinal atrophy by reducing inflammation and subsequently slowing neurodegeneration in people with Multiple Sclerosis. The main outcome for the trial is change in normalized brain parenchymal volume (nBPV), measured by magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).

The primary outcome measure is PIRA (progression independent of relapse activity), based primarily on clinical assessment, dichotomized as present or not. For Aim 1, the cohort, patient-derived disability status (PDDS) score, and ambulation score (self-reported) will be the primary endpoints of interest.

The goal of this clinical trial is to evaluate the protective effect of glycomacropeptide on the clinical signs and symptoms of atopic dermatitis in children aged 2 to 12 years, and to determine if topical administration of glycomacropeptide is associated with a lower colonization by Staphylococcus species on the skin.
