The goal of this clinical trial is to learn about the safety and effectiveness of ENV-294 in adults with moderate to severe atopic dermatitis. The main questions it will answer are: * Is there an impact on the severity and area of atopic dermatitis when participants take ENV-294 * What medical problems do participants have when taking ENV-294 Participants will: * Take drug ENV-294 or a placebo once every day for 12 weeks * Visit the clinic every 2 to 4 weeks for checkups and tests * Keep a diary of their symptoms and when they took their study drug * Return to the clinic for the final study visit at approximately week 16

The investigators propose a rigorous, Phase II, three-group, placebo-controlled double-blind randomized controlled trial (RCT) to evaluate the efficacy of buspirone for both withdrawal and craving among individuals with opioid use disorder (OUD) undergoing a standardized stepwise taper. During this 10 to 12-day residential study, participants with OUD will be enrolled, stabilized on a short-acting opioid, undergo an opioid stepwise taper, and complete a post-taper observation period where participants will have the opportunity to initiate long-term buprenorphine or extended-release naltrexone.

The purpose of this study is to see how well blocking two to ten of the scalp nerves (that give feeling to the scalp and are painful during migraine headaches) with bupivacaine anesthetic (numbing medication) and low dose methylprednisolone (cortisone-like medicine or steroid) work for treating and preventing migraines. Our hypothesis is that the pain of most episodic migraine headaches can be eliminated and prevented for months by blocking the nerves that give pain sensation during a migraine.
