This study is to test LHP588 in persons who have mild to moderate Alzheimer's disease (AD) who have shown progressive mental decline in the last year and who have P. gingivalis (Pg) infection.

The purpose of this research is to gather clinical and radiographic (X-ray) information about EMPHASYS™ acetabular shell (also called a hip 'cup') placement in total hip replacement surgery using a non-invasive surgical navigation system called VELYS™ hip navigation system with CUPTIMIZE™ Advanced Hip-Spine Analysis software. Data collected in this study will be compared with data collected from implantations using different cup positioning instrumentation and techniques to assess performance.

The goal of this clinical trial is to learn whether a personalized, multi-component, virtual speech language treatment program can improve communication and quality of life for adults with primary progressive aphasia (PPA) and their primary communication partners. The study will enroll participants who speak English and/or Spanish.

The project is a placebo-controlled study that aims to use closed-loop transcranial alternating current stimulation (tACS) to study patients with symptoms of mild cognitive impairment which is likely due to Alzheimer's disease or another form of dementia (AD-MCI). Patients will undergo an EEG and complete some questionnaires and computer tasks during each study visit.
