The purpose of this study is to evaluate how well LY4064912 is tolerated and what side effects may occur in healthy participants and participants with overweight and obesity - global. The study drug will be administered either subcutaneously (SC) (under the skin) or infusion intravenously (IV) (into a vein in the arm). Blood tests will be performed to investigate how the body processes the study drug and how the study drug affects the body.

✅ You may be able to join if…
- •Age 21 to 65 years old at Singapore sites
- •Be overtly healthy based on a medical check (medical history, physical exam, lab tests, and heart monitoring)
- •Have BMI in a study-approved range (Parts A, B, or C): 21 to under 30; or 27 to under 45; or 21 to under 35
- •Weigh at least 60 kg at screening (Parts A and C)
- •Have had less than a 5% change in body weight for 3 months before screening, and safety lab tests must be in the normal range
🚫 You may not be able to join if…
- •Any current or past cardiovascular, respiratory, liver, kidney, stomach/intestine, hormone/endocrine, blood/hematology, or nervous/neurological disorders that could affect how the study drug is absorbed or processed, create a risk, or interfere with results
- •History of diabetes (except gestational diabetes), or a current diagnosis of diabetes of any type
- •HbA1c of 6.5% or higher at screening (meaning blood sugar has been too high recently)
- •Individuals of childbearing potential (IOCBP) (childbearing is excluded per study rules)

Is it safe? Who makes sure of that?+
This is an early study (Phase 1), focused mostly on safety. Every study is reviewed and monitored by an independent ethics board (called an IRB) whose job is to protect participants, and care is overseen by licensed medical staff. Will I get a placebo instead of the real treatment?+
