✅ You may be able to join if…
- •Adults (male or female) older than 18 and up to 55 years old.
- •Will sign written informed consent and can follow the dose and visit schedule.
- •Weigh between 50 and 100 kg and have a BMI between 18 and 30 (inclusive).
- •Have normal heart test results (screening ECG) and normal heart electrical timing for their gender.
- •Have normal blood/urine/liver lab tests and normal vital signs during screening and Day -1.
🚫 You may not be able to join if…
- •Have current psychiatric disease that needs daily medication, including schizophrenia or current/recent depression.
- •Have Generalized Anxiety Disorder (DSM-5) that needs treatment.
- •Have current or recent problems with alcohol or drug abuse (within the past 2 years).
- •Have positive HIV or Hepatitis B or C at screening, or fail alcohol/drug testing at screening/check-in.
- •Have certain lung/airway problems (for example asthma, COPD, sleep apnea, or other ventilatory/lung disease) or other breathing disease history.

What is this study testing?+
This study is a Phase I clinical trial to assess the safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetic (PK) and pharmacodynamic (PD) profiles with single intravenous (IV) and intramuscular (IM) doses of ENA-001.
Is it safe? Who makes sure of that?+
This is an early study (Phase 1), focused mostly on safety. Every study is reviewed and monitored by an independent ethics board (called an IRB) whose job is to protect participants, and care is overseen by licensed medical staff. You'll be told the known risks before you agree to anything, and you can stop at any time.
Will I get a placebo instead of the real treatment?+

No. You do not need health insurance to take part in a research study, and you will not be asked about your immigration status to join. Taking part is about whether you're a medical fit for the study.
