- •Have a high WATCH DM score
- •Have an echocardiogram available within the last 6 months

- •Have a history of heart failure
- •Are not eligible for starting a new GLP-1 receptor agonist (GLP-1RA)
- •Are not eligible for starting an SGLT2 inhibitor (SGLT2i)
- •Are not eligible for starting an ns-MRA

What is this study testing?+
